2007年，黄国忠在吉隆坡设立了“禄德艺术馆”，将其部分的雅石与收藏品展出，让公众人士有机会观赏举世无双，非常罕见的收藏珍品。艺术馆于当年4月21日由大马前首相敦马哈迪医生主持开幕。
The Routes Gallery, which was located at Kuala Lumpur, was initiated and owned by Wee Kok Tiong. It was declared open by Malaysia's former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on April 21, 2007.
